A mellow, toasty infusion combining the bright green vibrancy of matcha with the savoury nuttiness of genmaicha. Made to order in small batches, our high quality loose leaf green tea comes direct from our tea farmers to preserve purity, flavour and freshness.

50g [approx. 10 serves] and 100g [approx. 20 serves] zip lock kraft bags.
PREPARATION
Scoop 1 tsp of leaves into a kyusu [Japanese teapot] or strainer.
Infuse leaves in 120-200ml of hot water at 70 degrees celcius for 30-60 seconds.
Repeat infusion and adjust brewing to taste.
