Shipping

Standard & Express
We are a regional based business, so dispatch times may vary slightly depending on where you live. We use Parcel Post (Aus Post) and also other delivery services for dispatch as required. We offer standard and express shipping with delivery times reliant on the shipping company providing the service. The cost of shipping will be automatically calculated once you add the desired products to your cart and enter a delivery address.

All our parcels include a tracking service. Please ensure your personal details are correct before confirming the order. Orders are dispatched from our headquarters on the South Coast, NSW, Australia. Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Thursday will be shipped on the same day. Please be aware that orders placed on Friday (plus all day Saturday and Sunday), will be fulfilled the following Monday morning.

Local Pick Up
We offer local pick up for people who reside in Milton & surrounding areas within the South Coast region of NSW. Simply select local pick up at check out and we will be in touch directly with address to collect your goods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.

Returns

We do not offer returns or change of mind for our consumable tea products due to their natural state. With this in mind, if for some reason you are feeling less than satisfied with your matcha or loose leaf green tea purchase, please feel free to get in touch directly, so we may discuss your issue.

As artisans handcraft all of our teaware products, each piece is unique and not identical in nature. We will only accept returned items that are in 'as-new' condition and their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will decline a refund/credit on items that have been used.

Damaged Product
In the case of major product faults or damage, you may be entitled to a full refund excluding shipping fees. Please send us an email detailing the problem with images of the damaged goods to our team. We will then assess the damage, in order to consider a refund.
