— Natural detoxification
An abundance of chlorophyll in matcha helps flush harmful toxins from the system, supports liver function, boosts metabolism and enhances fat breakdown in the body.

— Immunity + digestive health
Packed with powerful antioxidants [polyphenols called catechins], specifically EGCG's [epigallocatechin gallate], that combat oxidative stress, reduce cellular damage and inflammation, build immunity and promote a healthy gut microbiome.

— Cognitive function + brain health
The potent polyphenols in matcha green tea have been found to help protect brain cells from free radical damage and reduce the formation of beta-amyloid plaques, associated with conditions of cognitive decline.

— Longevity
The high bioavailability of the polyphenols and daily consumption of green tea has been linked to anti-aging effects and longevity due to potent antioxidant properties that combat free radicals and oxidative stress, which are major contributors to cellular damage and aging. By reducing oxidative stress, green tea may help protect cells and DNA from premature aging. Additionally, the anti-inflammatory effects of polyphenols may contribute to overall health and the potential to extend lifespan.

Infuse 1 tsp of leaves in 120-200ml of hot water [teapot or strainer] at ~70°C* for 60-90 seconds. Repeat infusion and adjust brewing according to taste.

*Due to the delicate nature of the tea leaves, it is best to brew with water no hotter than 70°C. Recommend using temperature controlled kettle or wait 3-5 mins after kettle has boiled.
