Returns

Wabi Tea stands by the quality and nature of our product however, if in the event you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to get in touch at hello@wabitea.com.au so we can discuss further and troubleshoot your issue. 

We do not offer change of mind returns for any of our perishable or consumable products (i.e tea), however we may offer a credit voucher for exchange on teaware.

As artisans handcraft all of our teaware products, each piece is unique and not identical in nature. We will only accept returned items that are in 'as-new' condition and their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will decline a refund/credit on items that have been used.
